Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to formulate informed and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Develop and maintain effective rapport with clients, facilitating open communication to aid in achieving their mental health goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring privacy and security of sensitive information.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and integrate best practices for treatment delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
