Work Environment\n

As a telehealth provider, our counselors work remotely, enjoying flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. You will interact with clients via secure video conferencing tools, enabling you to create meaningful therapeutic relationships from the comfort of your own home or preferred workspace. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health challenges and needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of individual histories.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic modalities tailored to fit the unique needs of clients.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, adapting methods as necessary to meet client requirements.

• Assist clients in establishing realistic therapy goals and aid in tracking their progress to ensure efficacy and accountability in treatment.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client communications in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training programs, workshops, and peer consultations to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse client base and address a range of mental health issues.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport with clients.

• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth or remote capacity.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Experience in developing group therapy programs or workshops is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
