Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, including mental health evaluations and care needs, to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, implementing an array of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Guide clients in identifying and achieving their mental health goals through tailored interventions and ongoing support.

• Manage detailed and confidential client records adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Engage in professional development and training workshops to enhance skills, stay informed about new practices in mental health methodologies, and ensure top-tier care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapists at Actualized Self Therapy work with a broad range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is essential.

• Two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, showcasing competencies in clinical assessments and therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
