Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform comprehensive treatment plans.

• Develop and implement customized therapeutic approaches for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to encourage active participation in their healing processes.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation regarding client interactions and progress, ensuring all records are up-to-date and securely stored in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
