Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to ascertain individual needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in meeting and exceeding their mental health goals.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Maintain a schedule of at least 20 client visits each week, efficiently managing your time to provide the highest level of service.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, families, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Actively participate in ongoing training sessions and staff meetings to enhance professional development and adhere to best practices.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the goals of the team and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client population is diverse, spanning different age groups, backgrounds, and needs. You will be expected to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique circumstances of each client while fostering a safe and trusting environment for therapeutic exploration.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
\n
• A commitment to working with a diverse clientele and respect for cultural competencies.
\n
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, enabling efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team within a community health clinic setting.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital record keeping.
\n
• Background in crisis intervention techniques and best practices for mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, along with an attractive benefits package, including:
