Human Resources Onboarding Specialist We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to join a collaborative HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with employees, and keeping the details of hiring, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration running smoothly. What You’ll Do The person will oversee orientation for the whole team. Needs to have strong public speaking and presentation skills Support day-to-day employee lifecycle activities from hire through ongoing employment Facilitate new-hire processes and ensure required documentation is completed Keep employee and workforce information accurate and up to date across internal systems Monitor records and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Serve as a resource for employees and managers, helping resolve routine HR-related questions Provide administrative support for payroll, employee records, and employment-related requests Assist with staffing initiatives and help ensure hiring processes run efficiently Maintain organized, confidential personnel records and HR documentation Partner with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and general departmental needs What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred 2+ years HR experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Positive, adaptable approach in a changing environment Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40+ hours/week Occasional evenings and weekends may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
