Business Development Manager

In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations. Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development goals. Oversee project management activities related to client onboarding, contract negotiations, and service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions and data. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
