This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate growth and healing.

• Monitor and document progress by maintaining accurate records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and remain informed about developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. The clients served by Begin Your Journey, Ltd range from children to adults and families, offering you the chance to make a significant, positive difference across various demographics and life stages. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
\n
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong skills in utilizing technology, including proficiency with Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment is highly preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience working with a diverse population, including clients with a range of mental health diagnoses.

• Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
