Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that not only encourage clients to share their experiences but also cultivate a supportive environment where they can connect with peers.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' specific mental health needs. You will help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, enabling them to develop effective coping strategies and practical action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to devise individualized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and tailored to meet their particular preferences and requirements.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, ensuring the effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, exchanging insights and best practices to coordinate client care and discuss complex cases for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center specifically serves young adults aged 18 to 30 facing various mental health challenges. In our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we prioritize establishing trust with clients and create individualized pathways toward recovery. By offering both group and individual therapy in a supportive environment, we empower clients to connect with their emotions, embrace healing, and nurture resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working with underserved and diverse populations.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy.
\n
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaborating with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience as a Mental Health Counselor is required, candidates with additional experience in group therapy, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices will be highly regarded. Experience working with teens and young adults is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
