This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with your clients through telehealth platforms. Our workweek runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured but flexible schedule. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients through video conferencing and other digital communication tools, making it essential to possess strong technical skills and a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions focused on various mental health presents such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Lead therapeutic sessions that encourage open dialogue, facilitate coping strategies, and foster a safe environment for clients to express their emotions.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within electronic health records (EHR) systems, which is crucial for tracking client progress and ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and receive ongoing training in emerging therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support, ranging from young adults to older individuals. Our clients often face various challenges including but not limited to stress management, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Your role as a counselor will be instrumental in determining and navigating these issues, providing valuable guidance and support tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer skills, with experience using Google Suite and EHR systems for effective documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n
