Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments through interviews and psychological evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and family counseling services, effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with advancements in the mental health field and attending relevant training sessions.

• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings, sharing insights and feedback to improve clinic practices and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold a valid LPC license in the state of Tennessee and maintain good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
