Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions, effectively addressing client needs through personalized treatment plans.

• Administering assessments and utilizing evidence-based interventions to support clients dealing with various challenges.

• Facilitating discussions in family therapy settings to promote better communication and resolution of conflicts among family members.

• Specializing in areas such as substance abuse, grief and loss, job stress, medical issues, and communication difficulties.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical records to track client progress and outcomes, adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, children, and adolescents, addressing issues that range from alcohol abuse and psychological trauma to family conflicts and communication barriers. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients toward healthier relationships and improved mental wellbeing, contributing to their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
