Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services utilizing various evidence-based modalities to treat mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to ascertain their mental health status and identify specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to address the unique circumstances and preferences of each patient.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care and the best outcomes for patients.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuous education opportunities to refine skills and stay informed on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique challenges and experiences. Many of our patients come from varying socio-economic backgrounds and may face additional barriers to accessing mental health care. Your work will significantly contribute to destigmatizing mental illness and ensuring equitable access to services for all.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
