Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at FullScope, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive initial intake assessments tailored to the unique strengths and challenges of each client, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.

• Independently crafting personalized treatment plans that include clear, measurable goals and tailored intervention strategies to address client needs and aspirations.

• Providing therapeutic services that encourage clients to achieve personal and interpersonal growth, focusing on effective coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of treatment interventions, evaluating progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Completing minimal documentation, which includes initial intake notes, comprehensive treatment plans, and regular progress notes post-session, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should hold the following qualifications:
