Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students, identifying their mental health needs and creating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to support their educational and emotional development.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, adhering to all protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with children and adolescents, along with their families, in a school setting. Given the unique challenges these populations face, your counseling expertise will play a crucial role in helping them develop coping strategies and resilience in the face of academic and personal obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LCSW license in the state of New York.
\n
• A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferably in school settings or with youth populations.
