Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and concerns, followed by the development of customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to deliver integrated and holistic care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings to share insights and enhance treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
