Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments with new clients to gather relevant history and understand their needs, setting the foundation for tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote client engagement and progress.

• Maintain and document progress notes, treatment plans, and summaries to track client developments and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.

• Coordinate specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department, addressing particular needs and enhancing client services.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current and valid LMFT licensure, with an understanding of ongoing supervision requirements and best practices in the field.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services, demonstrating a track record of effective client engagement.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity in client interactions and documentation.

• Adeptness in multitasking and managing multiple client caseloads, demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
