The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for athletes and guests at our facility. If you have a passion for sports, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:** Provide exceptional customer service to athletes, guests, and visitors Assist with athlete check-ins and registrations Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements:** Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Ability to handle transactions with accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children is a plus CPR/AED certification is beneficial Public speaking skills for addressing groups of athletes and guests Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Join us in creating memorable experiences for athletes of all ages.
