About the Role
As a strategic operator with a passion for data-driven decision-making, you'll develop and implement customized solutions to combat fraud across our platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals and build strategic programs that enhance security and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute a comprehensive fraud prevention strategy.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis to identify and mitigate fraud vectors.
- Engage with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and achieving results.
- Utilize experimentation to refine processes and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in leading large projects and achieving goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel.
- Direct experience in people leadership.
Preferences
- Experience in high-growth or subscription business environments.
