You will work closely with students, families, and colleagues, implementing individualized education plans and providing differentiated instruction that helps each child shine. Desired Qualifications:

• Current Michigan teaching license in Special Education (required)
• Experience working with elementary age students in special education
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
