Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment strategies for orthopedic conditions, ensuring individualized care.
• Design and implement specialized treatment plans that integrate exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management strategies, injury prevention, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes to comply with regulatory standards and support care continuity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care, sharing insights to develop a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay current with therapeutic practices through continuous education, attending seminars, and engaging with professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from children to older adults, each with unique orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• A flexible and adaptable approach, capable of addressing a variety of patient needs and conditions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
