Registered Nurse Director of Nursing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Nurse Director of Nursing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising nurses and aides, implementing recommended changes, and ensuring exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise nurses and aides for our Long Term Care facility
Implement recommended changes as required
Conduct resident assessments and monitor resident care, reporting changes to the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing
Document resident care and treatment records accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with attending physicians, assessing the necessity of calls during off business hours
Monitor nursing staff to ensure proper documentation on MARs, nurse's notes, and accident/incident reports
Requirements:
Registered Nurse license
Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years
Level of Education: n/a
