Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations of clients, identifying key mental health and substance use patterns.

• Utilize effective intervention techniques to address client behaviors, focusing on positive change and recovery outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, designing interventions that cater to diverse needs and promoting personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with families to develop strategies that enhance growth and stabilization through ongoing support and education.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of clinical activities, maintaining compliance with all organizational standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals who are navigating the challenges of substance use and mental health disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
