This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that meets both client and therapist needs. While our office may be based in Norristown, this position enables professionals to engage meaningfully with clients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred settings. Our outpatient model means you will work closely with clients seeking therapeutic support in an accessible, outpatient format, allowing for diversified client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exceptional client-centered mental health services, focusing on building rapport and delivering effective interventions.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations on a regular basis, ensuring compliance with company policies and mental health regulations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions when appropriate, utilizing therapeutic techniques aligned with best practice standards.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to effectively address and solve client challenges and contribute to improved community health outcomes.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and their support systems, providing guidance and resources as needed throughout the therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key member of our therapy team, you will work with a rich diversity of clients, including individuals, families, and couples. Your experience will contribute to effective treatments for clients facing various mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues. You will also have opportunities to support at-risk adolescents and families, facilitating healing across generations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work is essential.

• Sound knowledge of the latest principles and techniques for individual and family counseling, focusing on trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with a population that includes those experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges.
