Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide live support to the practitioner team, focusing on the identification and de-escalation of mental health risks, ensuring timely interventions.

• Lead the process for escalation to emergency services when critical situations arise, ensuring adherence to mandatory reporting laws and protocols.

• Identify and communicate any new safeguarding risks to Clinical Leads, actively participating in developing action plans to address these concerns.

• Stay informed about all safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring their incorporation into daily service delivery, and flagging any challenges faced during implementation.

• Engage in continuous monitoring and evaluation of practice outcomes, gathering feedback from stakeholders to innovate service provision and address barriers effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Altura Counseling Center, you will primarily support children, youth, and their families facing various challenges, including mental health disorders, behavioral issues, and substance use or abuse concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is essential.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.

• Demonstrated skills in conducting psychosocial assessments, including taking comprehensive histories and performing risk assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
