This role offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working with schools across varying locations. You will collaborate with educational staff and local community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for our students. While the primary work setting is remote, occasional travel to our Community Health and Dental Care sites and outreach events may be required.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing clinical behavioral health services that reflect the mission and quality standards of CHDC, resulting in substantial improvements in patient health outcomes.
\n
• Assisting mental health consumers in navigating the intricacies of both physical and behavioral healthcare systems, ensuring they receive integrated care tailored to their unique needs.
\n
• Conducting assessments and using evidence-based screening tools to evaluate students’ health and wellness needs, documenting findings in clinical records accurately.
\n
• Facilitating educational workshops and one-on-one sessions to inform students and their families about available resources and services that promote health, wellness, and disease prevention.
\n
• Playing an active role in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings to develop and enhance individual treatment plans.
\n
• Timely reporting of any crisis situations or unusual incidents to the Medical Director, with immediate alerts to the Chief Medical Officer in the event of psychiatric or medical emergencies.
\n
• Participating in our Quality Improvement program by attending training sessions and contributing to team-driven initiatives that aim to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Collaborating closely with our Center of Excellence Team to provide specialized support for patients dealing with Opioid Use Disorder or other substance use issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with students and their families within school settings who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Many students come from diverse backgrounds and may face socio-economic, cultural, or academic barriers that impact their mental health. Your role will be to create a safe and supportive space where students feel comfortable discussing their feelings and challenges, ensuring they have access to the resources necessary for their personal growth and success.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
\n
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on child and adolescent mental health.

• Strong understanding and experience in collaborating within a multi-disciplinary healthcare framework to enhance patient care.
