Our client, a leader in biotechnology and cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician IV to join their team. As a Senior Maintenance Technician IV, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting critical manufacturing, laboratory, and utility systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting regulated operations and specialized process equipment.

Pay Range: $45-$55/hr

Shift: Full Time

What's the Job?

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing, laboratory, and utility equipment in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Maintain and support lyophilizers, vacuum systems, industrial refrigeration systems, cold rooms, laboratory refrigerators, and ultra-low temperature freezers.
• Support operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RODI water systems and other critical process utilities.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in calibration programs, audit readiness activities, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum six years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• Demonstrated expertise maintaining and troubleshooting lyophilizers, vacuum systems, industrial refrigeration systems, cold rooms, laboratory refrigerators, ultra-low temperature freezers, and RODI water systems.
• Proven ability to provide senior-level technical leadership, support calibration and compliance programs, and lead complex troubleshooting efforts.
