Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to establish baseline data and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide therapy sessions—both individual and couples therapy—addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to guide clients toward fulfilling outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress with precision and accuracy, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous evaluation and modification of treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback.

• Perform crisis intervention as necessary, offering support to clients facing acute distress and effectively managing emergency situations.

• Facilitate consultations with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the State Board in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrable experience providing therapy to individuals and couples, with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
