Lake Roosevelt Adventures is seeking a Sous Chef in Arlington, VA to serve as the direct management assistant to the Chef and second in command in the kitchen. You will help plan menus, forecast portions, cost food items, and supervise culinary staff to meet client objectives and budgets. The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and excellent communication.
