What You’ll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building. Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and project execution. Build and manage long-term client relationships across multiple industries (multifamily, restoration, commercial, etc.). Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams to ensure successful delivery. Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems. Drive account growth through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and business reviews. What We’re Looking For Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Experience in flooring, construction, restoration, or related industries is a plus. Compensation & Earning Potential $70,000 annually base salary + proven commission structure.
