Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and building strong, professional relationships while upholding ethical boundaries.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to appropriately evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, you will work with a diverse outpatient population. Our clients range from children to adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in facilitating their mental health journey, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory, indicating your ability to provide independent mental health support.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required to ensure you are well-equipped to manage a diverse client load.

• Proficiency in using computers, including Standard Office applications, RMS systems, and related software, is necessary for record-keeping and communication purposes.
