Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, provide necessary updates, and determine appropriate discharge plans, enhancing the continuity of care.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they are actively involved in their own treatment goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Proficiency in using computer systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000. In addition to a fee-for-service model, our clinicians benefit from guaranteed rates, paid in advance of collections to alleviate financial strain and streamline income flow.
