Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing trustworthy relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, plan future appointments, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with your clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for every client interaction, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and therapeutic needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around providing therapeutic support to a broad clientele that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
