Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and transition plans such as discharge.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining rigorous progress notes and compliance with documentation standards.

• Carry out initial intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create effective treatment strategies.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional development and enhancing therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy will focus on a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will be equipped to provide essential psychotherapy services, guiding your clients through their mental health journeys in an empathetic and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred, particularly in providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency with technology is crucial; competence with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Outlook. Familiarity with PIMSY software is a plus.

• You must be comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on client evaluations.
