Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate effective treatment.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and prepare for any necessary transitions, including discharge.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including up-to-date progress notes and treatment records for each client using electronic health record systems.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to develop a clear understanding of clients' challenges, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients in overcoming obstacles.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster personal growth and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with technology, specifically experience with various documentation systems, including spreadsheet and management software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly preferred.

• Prior experience with intake assessments and working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems; experience with RMS and PIMSY is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
