Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and facilitate appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of incoming clients.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions weekly, employing techniques grounded in therapeutic best practices.

• Participate actively in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing professional competencies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
