Work Environment\n

As a fully remote practice specializing in telehealth, we offer a flexible work environment that caters to the needs of our clinicians and clients alike. Our team operates from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, allowing for a dynamic and adaptive scheduling model. You will leverage technology and innovative practices to deliver care while benefiting from a robust support system in place.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and determine treatment needs.
\n
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans designed to facilitate trauma recovery and enhance emotional resilience.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enabling clients to process trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for all clients.
\n
• Manage crisis intervention processes and offer immediate support during emergencies related to trauma.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma awareness, coping methods, and the variety of resources available to them.
\n
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and practice standards.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development focusing on trauma-informed care.
\n
• Remain informed of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCPC in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities for annual increases and bonuses.
