Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a balanced caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and professional relationships while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress and stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and perform timely discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on the needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, for each client as required by our clinical guidelines.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions as part of a structured weekly schedule.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to refine clinical skills and enhance professional development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving youth and individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
