Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to determine their mental health needs and any underlying issues.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with the individual goals of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward established therapeutic goals through regular sessions and check-ins.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients seeking virtual meetings or who may have accessibility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards and compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest best practices and techniques in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to provide compassionate, personalized care will be the cornerstone of our client’s journey toward recovery and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health clinic setting is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently document client interactions.

• Experience conducting teletherapy sessions is desirable, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Edge offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide various benefits to support your professional journey:
