This role primarily involves remote work, allowing our counselor the flexibility to manage their schedule while accommodating patient needs. Despite the remote setting, you will be part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team that includes social workers, psychologists, and case managers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through direct interviews and appropriate standardized tools to determine mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with clinical teammates, case managers, and external providers to create integrated care pathways, ensuring that clients receive cohesive support during their treatment journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in acute distress, guiding them through their emotional challenges and stabilizing their mental health.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to destigmatize mental health services and educate the community on available resources and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on documentation, treatment planning, and progress notes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
