Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans through active engagement and collaboration with the client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Therapy, tailored to address specific client concerns.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of case managers, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, educating the public about mental health issues and promoting wellness initiatives to reduce stigma surrounding mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your experience and credentials.
