Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs, primarily following a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using various modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, depending on client preferences.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during urgent mental health situations and guide clients towards appropriate resources for their recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and local community support resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with professional and legal standards.

• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to enhance personal and organizational performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually.
