Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and observational techniques.

• Deliver therapy sessions — whether individual, group, or family-focused — employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring their safety and well-being while stabilizing their condition.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines for client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address the various needs of clients, including medical, social, and psychological considerations.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health matters, therapeutic options, and available community resources, serving as an advocate for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients from the community, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
