Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while building rapport.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Restoring Minds, you will primarily work with youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your role involves employing specialized therapeutic techniques that are age-appropriate and culturally sensitive, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to overcome obstacles and enhance their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related field.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements specific to our clinical setting.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proven background in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and delivering individual and group therapy.

• Competence in using technology, including basic computer skills for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in diverse therapeutic modalities, such as CBT or DBT, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, will be highly regarded.
