Work Environment\n

This position is a remote role, offering flexibility while maintaining a supportive work culture. Our dedicated team operates through a community health clinic framework, ensuring that clients have access to holistic mental health services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide integrated and patient-centered care. Working hours are flexible as we are operational from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, accommodating various client schedules without the need for on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories, emotional states, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through trauma processing, coping strategy development, and overall healing.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and stability.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them through knowledge and available resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities that highlight trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance professional skills and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A commitment to self-guided determination, with an expectation to complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, reflective of qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
