Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, presenting issues, and treatment history.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, taking into account clients' specific needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as dynamic group therapy, covering issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a unified care approach for each client.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional education opportunities, such as workshops and webinars, to maintain current knowledge of therapeutic practices.
\n
• Offer constructive feedback and innovative ideas to enhance clinical programs and services provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and deal with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. As a counselor, you will work closely with individuals, adolescents, and families who seek support and empowerment through empathy-driven therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport quickly with clients from various backgrounds.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and manage client information effectively.

• Experience leading group therapy sessions to foster shared learning and connection among participants.
