Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in one-on-one virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and fellow therapists during regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality.

• Provide education and support to both clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources.

• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health to improve treatment techniques and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
