Lifeline Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our innovative team. In this full-time role, you will utilize your expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide exceptional telehealth mental health services to our diverse clientele.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth model to provide therapy services. Our virtual clinic is equipped with advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication between practitioners and clients. In this role, you will collaborate with a committed team of professionals, ensuring that all members are supported in delivering high-quality care. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility to adjust as required to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, maintenance strategies, and available community resources, empowering them towards recovery.

• Maintain rigorous documentation practices utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training to enhance collaborative learning.

• Stay informed on research and best practices relevant to cultural competence and therapy modalities to continually improve service delivery.

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities and LGBTQ+ individuals, fostering an inclusive environment where all clients feel safe to navigate their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
