This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to provide care from the comfort of their own homes while using our state-of-the-art telehealth tools. The role requires working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts available based on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of children and adolescents facing various psychological challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based practices, taking into account developmental milestones and family dynamics.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques aimed at improving mental health outcomes and family relationships.

• Provide crisis intervention support during urgent mental health situations, ensuring safety and emotional stabilization for youth in distress.

• Engage with both patients and their families to offer psychoeducation about mental health conditions, therapies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient information in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a shared knowledge base and collaborative care approach.

• Stay abreast of ongoing research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry to ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents grappling with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New York State.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of developmental psychology and child/adolescent mental health disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strong rapport-building with patients.

• Proficiency with EHR systems for documentation and management of patient records.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focusing on child and adolescent mental health.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic interventions and counseling to families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000.
