This position operates within a fully remote telehealth framework. As a Therapist, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, leveraging technology to maintain a high-quality therapeutic relationship. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the particular needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in weekly supervision meetings with clinical leadership to review case loads, treatment effectiveness, and ongoing professional development.

• Engage in ongoing training opportunities provided by the organization, including workshops and educational courses, to enhance therapeutic skills and licenses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents, providing support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Therapists will also have the chance to work with adult clients, providing a wide range of experiences that will enrich your clinical practice. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in New York State.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Exemplary communication and time management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation requirements.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, determined by client load and experience.
